Jakarta–Detakpos.com-Minister of National Development Planning signed a joint memorandum of understanding on the integration of development planning, budgeting and control systems, together with Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani, Wednesday (7/07/2021)
Government Regulation Number 17 of 2017 has mandated the implementation of synchronization of national development planning and budgeting.
To realize this synchronization, Bappenas already has KRISNA and the Ministry of Finance has a SAKTI system.
In his remarks, Minister Suharso hoped that the signing of this MoU would no longer be the first step to strengthen the synchronization of development planning and budgeting. But this step is to ensure that Bappenas and the Ministry of Finance really become concrete examples of the use of an integrated system that can streamline and streamline national planning and budgeting.
“I hope that in 2022, when the RKP and RAPBN 2023 are drawn up, Bappenas and the Ministry of Finance will have the same system platform without eliminating the nature and each duties, including the simplification of various agendas and current processes,” he said. Minister.
“I believe that future planning and budgeting must be more dynamic and simple. An integrated information system is the key. Of course, by not eliminating accountability for what is planned and budgeted,” he continued.
Next, Minister Suharso also asked the Minister of Finance not to stop here. Minister Suharso assessed the things that need to be integrated are the central and regional planning and budgeting systems and processes.
“In this case, of course we will involve the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This is important and has been an issue that we have been dealing with for years,” he said.
Another thing that Minister Suharso highlighted was the ease and simplification of performance reports (SAKIP – LAKIP) by each Ministries/Institution which was often repeatedly criticized.
“We need to sit down with the PAN-RB Ministry in this regard,” he said.
“I believe that KRISNA – SAKTI integration can be used as capital for us to do the things mentioned above,” he concluded.(HMS)
